Absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Copart. Been a member for many years and bought many cars during this time which I have always paid for and collected. I recently happened to buy a cheap car £575 (for my standards). As usual, paid straight away and started arranging recovery. Before collection I came to know that the last MOT had a higher mileage recorded than the one that was advertised. I have raised a complaint with Copart and they have zero interest in correcting things even though I should have been protected under the members protection pledge. Storage charges are being applied and I have now had to get help from my bank to reimburse my money. Will never buy from Copart again, not that it matters to them as they have plenty if other members to scam!
