My car was hit whilst outside my house not my fault,had witness and got number of van. Car written off by insurance company,advised to go through Copart,which I’ve done to buy my car back. Spoke to the most helpful,lovely guy called JOSHUA!!! Who helped me no end and got me through a tough day where I was quite upset. He was patient,kind and did what he promised to do,a total asset to the company and I hope he gets paid well because he certainly deserves it. Thank you JOSHUA,you will never know how much you helped me today.
