Joke of a company! I was a manager there and treating people like dirt is their go to. If you've been working there less than 2 years they'll get rid of you at the drop of a hat. I've seen managers sacked on the spot days before their 2 year point because Copart enjoy treating people like dog dirt! I left off my own back once I realised what a toxic place it is.
