The popcorn is DELICIOUS and the customer service is WONDERFUL. In my recent order, one of the containers was damaged during the delivery process. I immediately contacted customer service and prior to receiving an email reply from customer service, I received notification that my replacement was on its way. I was pleasantly surprised when replacing my product was a priority.
