They used to be good, 4-5 stars. just recently they have become terrible. I ordered some parts they took a long time to arrive although they were in stock. I have ordered some sealer, and paid an extra £7.00, for fast, UPS delivery. that was over a week ago, still not received it. When phoning to see wat has happened, their "we're here to help" phone no, all I get is the answer phone. no return phone call as promised. So nowhere as good as they used to be, hence wont be using them anymore.
