“They used to be good, 4-5 stars. just recently they have become terrible. I ordered some parts they took a long time to arrive although they were in stock. I have ordered some sealer, and paid an extra £7.00, for fast, UPS delivery. that was over a week ago, still not received it. When phoning to see wat has happened, their "we're here to help" phone no, all I get is the answer phone. no return phone call as promised. So nowhere as good as they used to be, hence wont be using them anymore.”
“Having looked on their site several times and very impressed with their range, my wife decided to order a Billing Boat from them for me.
After ordering and receiving a very speedy deliver, it was realized that because of on going problems with my hands, I would not be able to do justice to a beautiful model.
This was explained to Sarah and she informed me I could return it obviously at my expense.
I then received an email from her to say it had been returned in perfect condition and a refund would be made back to my wife`s account within a couple of days.
Having built model boats in the past, it is with regret at the moment I can`t continue. But in the future I will make `Cornwall Boats` the first port of call if I should be able to continue.
