It should probably be made clear that this isn’t a website or business that operates from NZ , and orders are shipped from an international location
15 days for an item to arrive from Australia, and being given a stock standard generic answer when I enquired. ( I ordered things from America last week and they arrived in 3 days)
Not very good customer service in my opinion.
