“I have ordered Alfaparf shampoo on cosmetic now website in beginning of March, which was a month ago, until now i'm still waiting. Two weeks ago, I reached out to them and ask where my order was, and they said it's being delayed and if i would like a discount they would apply that on my account. Since I've waited a month already so I told them I will wait. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone...bad service and slow delivery. I would give no stars if i could.”

“Please dont go to this platform. They lost my parcel without refund and told me to call Canada post, go to post office, (I did) walk to check my neighbour. Enough...you are not hire me investigate my parcel. You guy has to do it. Dont think only the products your guy carry. Terrible Ronit”

“I bought an expensive cream, Charlotte Tillbury Magic Night Cream, at almost $45 less than regular retail price. It arrived within 10 days and it was perfect. Well worth it. I'm ordering again from them.”

“Do not use their products. I bought a Kerastase shampoo because I was continuously buying the smaller version from my hair stylist and I wanted the 34oz one. Once received my hair was greasy and not at all what I was used to. I put a small amount of the Kerastase from my hair stylist and put it side by side with the one from this site, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Color, texture, results. So they switch out the products in the containers. It’s so disappointing. I wish I could attach the photo to this review. I will never buy from this site again.”
