“If only I could give ZERO stars! I ordered a perfume which had leaked upon arrival. I was offered a replacement so sent the faulty item back. They received my item then did not provide a replacement, gave me the run around for months and stopped replying to emails. Their contact number is a pre-recorded message that sends you to a text line, where again, I got the run around an no answers. Shipping is incredibly slow and their service is terrible. Avoid at all costs!! Oh, I've now been told "As per findings we were unable to trace the returned item in our warehouse and it seems to have been lost." Direct words from Ankur N at Costmetics Now. So I have a refund - which is not what I wanted not what was agreed to. Absolute substandard business and staff.”

“Ordered product 27th august. It has been “in transit” since then with no update offered. There is no phone line with an operator, its an automated text operator that will do nothing but extend your delay with vague answers. Once you ask for a refund, you are ignored entirely and your money is therefore stolen. Everybody understands that they ship from overseas, but you could honestly buy the same product twice from elsewhere and return them for a refund before cosmeticsnow get back to you. They are thieves”

“Honestly, CosmeticsNow has been one of the most frustrating online stores I’ve ever dealt with. I contacted them multiple times and they just ignored every single message — not even a basic “we got your email.” At this point I’m convinced their customer service is run out of a ghost town. Right after paying, I noticed their listing photo showed one fragrance while the description was for a completely different one. I spelled out the difference clearly, asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund because the listing was misleading… and shocker: silence. Not once did they reply. If a store can’t bother responding to customers — especially when the mistake is their own incorrect product photo and description — that’s a massive red flag. Misleading listings, terrible communication, and zero support. If you enjoy being ignored and receiving the wrong item, this is the store for you. I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“I have ordered Alfaparf shampoo on cosmetic now website in beginning of March, which was a month ago, until now i'm still waiting. Two weeks ago, I reached out to them and ask where my order was, and they said it's being delayed and if i would like a discount they would apply that on my account. Since I've waited a month already so I told them I will wait. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone...bad service and slow delivery. I would give no stars if i could.”

“Please dont go to this platform. They lost my parcel without refund and told me to call Canada post, go to post office, (I did) walk to check my neighbour. Enough...you are not hire me investigate my parcel. You guy has to do it. Dont think only the products your guy carry. Terrible Ronit”

“I bought an expensive cream, Charlotte Tillbury Magic Night Cream, at almost $45 less than regular retail price. It arrived within 10 days and it was perfect. Well worth it. I'm ordering again from them.”

“Do not use their products. I bought a Kerastase shampoo because I was continuously buying the smaller version from my hair stylist and I wanted the 34oz one. Once received my hair was greasy and not at all what I was used to. I put a small amount of the Kerastase from my hair stylist and put it side by side with the one from this site, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Color, texture, results. So they switch out the products in the containers. It’s so disappointing. I wish I could attach the photo to this review. I will never buy from this site again.”
