“So far so good - placed the order and got email confirmation. However when I first went to checkout it wouldn't accept my discount code and would not allow me to pay via PayPal. I checked the URL and it was different to what I presume is the legitimate website. This possible scam website was https://www2.cosmeticsnow.com.au/ Maybe people that are experiencing problems with orders are actually using this site instead of www.cosmeticsnow.com.au. Obviously can't comment on delivery etc, but this was something that I just noticed - drawn to my attention by the inability to use discount code and pay by PayPal.”

“Received makeup a little longer than expected, but realize COVID and Postage delays was the the holdup. I found the new makeup compared with same colour in the one I was using is a shade lighter (Shiseado Neutral 4). yet had neutral 4 on the bottle! I find it OK as Winter skin is a little lighter. But wondered if anyone else had this query and why. I have been told this makeup has been discontinued and is this a replacement.”
