BEWARE: As many other reviews state, very misleading shipping times! There’s only a very small disclaimer under the picture of the product when you first view it in regards to whether it may be shipped from America - causing a delay of weeks. There’s no subsequent disclaimers at any point of the purchase process, to the point where it says it will be delivered in 3-4 business days as it seeks to re-confirm your order before purchase, and again in your email confirmation after purchase. It’s deceptive and misleading conduct designed to secure your business. The product itself great and no other issues, but wouldn’t order from here again as I wanted it the next week, not weeks later! You know this is widely reported in reviews, do better.

DISGUSTING....order placed on 1 March, it's not 8 April...still not received. Cannot speak to anyone as they never answer the phone...only receive a generic email reply to my emails SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!

I’m still waiting for my order, WHERE’S MY ORDER?! It’s been two weeks going to 3 weeks now. I did not get any tracking number or any update. I do not recommend this website. Very poor customer service when I called an Indian lady answered saying it takes two weeks. It’s more then two weeks now, not only that when I received an confirmation email it says it takes seven days 😢

Made a purchase as a gift for my girl and a week later I received an email saying that the item is out of stock and that i was given a refund. They said it would take 3-5 business days. 1 week later i sent an email and they said it had gone through, at this point i thought maybe it would take a while longer and waited another week before sending another email. again i was told it went through and to check with my bank. I did so and a week later i sent another email asking what account they sent the money to.. they replied back saying "the money was sent to the acc that made the purchase, card number ending in '----'." On my bank it clearly shows that that was not any of the cards i own or that was used to make the purchase, every time i try to explain this they say that they fulfilled their side of the refund. THEY NEVER SENT ME THE MONEY.

I would seriously question this companies policy on delivery times they display. The product I ordered had a delivery timeframe quoted of 7 to 12 days. I then paid over an additional price of $18 for express delivery. Despite numerous emails where the company consistently quoted 7 to 12 days delivery, it is now 16 days and I still don't have the item, nor a tracking number as it allegedly is still not in the country! The company then amended the product on their website to advise 7 to 15 day delivery! Constantly changing the goal posts to suit themselves. Yet here we are on day 16, which is over their quoted delivery estimate. I will never order from this company again. I could've got the product within 7 days from numerous other reputable companies. Very poor and deceiving customer service.

Ordered a skin care moisturising product by Olay (a box of 12 x 250ml containers) on 28 January 2024. Has not arrived as at today's date of 17 February 2024. Very poor service. If I had read the reviews by other customers on this page I would not have purchased from this company.

It was a discouraging and, frankly, shocking experience! To receive an entire cardboard box, filled with packing paper, which contained nothing but a single sample skin product instead of the product itself. Not to speak about the environmental irresponsibility of such packaging! The fact that on the sample product, there is a picture of the real product that I intended to buy really made me feel like this was a bad joke — at the customer’s expense. It was of course because of that picture of the real product (reproduced in the photo on the website) that I was led to believe the real product (not the sample!) was what was being sold for 12$! In the reply that I received from Customer Service, there was no sign of goodwill to deal with the false advertisement. This company is a real scam and an environmental disaster.

The most disappointing experience! I ordered some products as the birthday gift for my friend. After 3 days of waiting I received the email, that my order was cancelled. I ordered another products. It was one week ago and my order still hasn't been sent. My another order was also processed more than one week before it was sent. Another disappointment is - every time, on the next day after placing the order, I received an email where all ordered product was already with discount. I feel like the company teasing and cheating me. Very very bad experience. I will never order from this company anymore.

The parfum I received was a FAKE!!!! zen by sheisedo has a longevity of at least 8 to 10hrs the one I received no longer than 1hr!!! the lid of the bottle was different not the one I purchased will not be ordering from here ever again!!!

Paid for product 28 December 2023, nothing received by 15 January 2024. Have called, emailed, and no response, only silence. This is called THEFT, SCAM, FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haven’t received anything and no one is talking to me.

Ordered on the 5th of December, didn’t receive my order and a month later after multiple compliants they finally decided to tell me my item was out of stock. I wanted a refund but since I had to get a new card because of fraud they couldn’t refund so they asked to provide BSB and account number which I did which was over a week ago and still no refund. Multiple emails sent asking where it is and even tried calling, no one replies or picks up the phone.

CUSTOMERS SHOULD BOYCOTT AND AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!! We have a string of email evidence from this business, right up to their CEO Murray Kester, filled with LIES, Fake info, empty promises and scams. They also cancel orders on Customers with no explanation; their customer service is not existent and they will even make up lies and empty promises with no follow through. Then once you call them out on their lies, empty promises and fake info, they then stop replying. There are plenty of other businesses online that have much better customer service and much better prices. Avoid this SCAM / SHAM business like the plague, otherwise you will just get burned very badly.

Ordered a perfume, it has been a month and i haven’t received the product. I’m now asking for a refund but they kept telling me there’s a delay in shipment, dont order from this site!!

On the order pages it says "3-4 days" for shipping but make sure you read the small print. I've been waiting a week and it hasn't even been dispatched from the warehouse. When I contacted them they said "The below disclaimer is available on the product page [https://www.cosmeticsnow.com/iteminfo/jean-paul-gaultier-le-male-le-parfum-eau-de-parfum-spray-75ml]: "This item requires additional handling time prior to dispatch. Orders for this item require 7-15 days to be imported to Australia from the United States. After arrival in Australia the item will be packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse via the carriers below. Please take this into consideration if you are planning to use this item as a gift." So they do not dispatch in 3-4 days! Do not trust the product pages. When I asked about a full refund given the product still hasn't left the warehouse they ignored me and refused to discuss it. I actually am worried this is a scam now and I will likely not get my product on 1 December either (some 15 days after ordering). I would not recommend at this stage.

Made a purchase and it was cancelled 2 days later with no reason given. Cosmetics now, didn't even bother advising me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since leaving a bad review for this company, I have had nothing but harassment by phone and email. KEEP AWAY from this business
