It's one star because we had to pick the products and pay taxes of 685 baht at the post office. So we won't shop here again.

I ordered my items on January 27th. I have repeatedly been checking on my shipment and keep being told it’s coming. Keep getting different tracking numbers. It’s been over 5 weeks now. I keep asking specifically where the package is and kept being sent tracking numbers and the tracking numbers tell me diff tho gs. I ask specifically where my package is and still just get sent tracking numbers. I think your company is likely a scam. 5 weeks and still waiting to get a small package!

Here is my review and it is not good. I placed an order on January 2, 2022. My credit card has been charged $165.43. I have not received my order and there is no tracking information. I have emailed twice and have the reply is a generated email saying my products are stuck at the American/Canadian border. My credit card should have never been charged. I have been calling the 1-888 number and I cannot get through to a service rep. This is unacceptable. Today is FEBUARY 11, 2022. 6 weeks since I placed my order. I will NEVER order from this company again and if you buyer are thinking about placing an order, THINK TWICE.

i purchased a perfume from this shop and didnt got it for a month (they guaranteed a 15 days shipping) so i contact them. their respond was that they didnt get my payment and the product was out of stock, i send my recipt and they gave me a refund. please save your time and do not even begin the process of ordering from them.

This has the longest shipping I have ever experienced! It's been 2 weeks and I've not had any informative correspondence about the whereabouts of my order. It has taken 6 days for my order to even leave their warehouse, when shipping was meant to be 5-7 days (which I paid extra for.) I will not order from here again.

BEWARE Do not order from this company if you are in North America. They disguise their true location by having a .ca address but They are located in Australia and/or Hong Kong so shipping took one month and the sunscreen products were half way through their expiry date. They make it difficult to return items by insisting that packages be registered and shipped back to Asia if you want a refund. The discount offered was not enough to justify the shortened expiry dates of 50 percent.

Would give zero stars is I could. Item purchased 22 NOV 2021 nothing received Seller continually provides an Australian Post Tracking Number that shows the item has not been received by Australia Post: Have contacted seller several times always with the response delivery time 10-15 days. 1 month no product - seller no longer responds. Australia Post Update VLP5035929010009***** Ready for processing It's waiting to be picked up from the sender. THIS SELLER IS A SCAMMER

Expect a two or three week delay after you place your order, EVEN if you spend the additional $8 fee for express delivery

The delivery took over a month after being told 10 days :( and then the product arrived and it was a fake cologne it didn’t smell like the original .. won’t be buying from here again , Also shocking customer service .

I will never order and reccommend this website to my family ,clients and friends, i ordered an item on november 3rd and until now december 7 i still didnt receive my items, i wrote them thru email but they kept telling me that it is out of their control since its been handled by thr carrier service, i completely understand that thr s delayed but as a company they should follow up all the items and thr customers if thr is too much delayed already. I text nor emailed them and it took a day to respond with the same answer , my clients already cancelled their orders from me. This is my first time i ordered thru thr website but i had worst and traumatic experience already, DO NOT TRUST COSMETIC WEBSITE. 100 % I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND IT.

Do not purchase from this company. I gave 1 star but it really should be negative stars. The delivery of my order took 30 days, an in the interim, I had moved locations. I explained to Cosmetics Now that I don't have access to the package as I have moved. Cosmetics Now responded that I needed to open the box, add a description of why I was returning the item, and send back at my own cost with a tracking number -- terrible customer service!

They sold me a hair product which was produced over 2 years ago (verified by the manufacturer, same batch even as my previous order many months ago) and I found their customer service to be very poor when I contacted them about this issue. They didn't believe me when I let them know what the manufacturer informed me about the production date of the product and they were apparently too lazy or disinterested to even check it out themselves with the manufacturer which could have been very easy for them to do. Then after contacting them a few times they offered me to return the product for a refund at my cost with tracking (very expensive from my country to their Hong Kong distribution office, would be at least half or more of the price of the product). Very poor and frustrating experience with this company. And who wants to go to a post office now and wait in line with the current Covid situation in my city. Most other companies during these unique times would be much more considerate of their customer and would go out of their way to do something useful, but not this company. Will not take responsibility for selling a hair product over two years old and then asking me to return it at my cost. Awful company to deal with. Never again!

Fake cream, i ordered shiseido cream from them and my face was burning after I use that cream maybe 10 time I threw that in bin. No more chemist fake now for me that for sure

BUYER BEWARE!! I received my products well after the expected arrival date. I ordered 3 Cinema Secrets foundation cream palettes and 2 of the 3 were not in boxes. This is unacceptable and unhygienic - especially in times of Covid. Who knows how old the product is or if it has been tampered with? Veena - the customer service associate sent numerous emails asking me to repeat myself and then insisted that the #200 and #300 series products simply did not come in boxes. Unreal! I have ordered these palettes from other companies and they were always in new, boxed condition. There is also no expiry date on the products. If this company is selling unboxed, old products they need to let consumers know. I read other reviews of consumers receiving potentially old or used products as well. They have offered no solution at all. Needless to say this has been a terrible experience.
