I placed an order expecting it to arrive in 10 days as stated on delivery but the item hasn’t even been sent to the courier to deliver, tried to get help from customer service and they said they’ve sent it and to wait longer. It shouldn’t take over 2 weeks for an order to be dispatched to the delivery partner. Absolutely ridiculous and unreliable.
Never ever order from this place, the customer service team is no help whatsoever!!
