They sold me a hair product which was produced over 2 years ago (verified by the manufacturer, same batch even as my previous order many months ago) and I found their customer service to be very poor when I contacted them about this issue. They didn't believe me when I let them know what the manufacturer informed me about the production date of the product and they were apparently too lazy or disinterested to even check it out themselves with the manufacturer which could have been very easy for them to do. Then after contacting them a few times they offered me to return the product for a refund at my cost with tracking (very expensive from my country to their Hong Kong distribution office, would be at least half or more of the price of the product). Very poor and frustrating experience with this company. And who wants to go to a post office now and wait in line with the current Covid situation in my city. Most other companies during these unique times would be much more considerate of their customer and would go out of their way to do something useful, but not this company. Will not take responsibility for selling a hair product over two years old and then asking me to return it at my cost. Awful company to deal with. Never again!
