“The company and its website is a disgrace. It borders on fraud. I placed an order from Thailand. I was informed it would be delivered by Thai Post. With prices in Thai baht, I assumed it was a Thai company or one with a branch in Thailand. Nowhere against the price of the articles did it state that they would be sent internationally. It was therefore a total shock to learn on delivery that I would have to pay roughly an additional 30% in local taxes and duty. Instead of being shown against the price of each item, this information is hidden in the small print of the Terms and Conditions. It would have been cheaper buying in a local department store! Avoid this company and never use them.”

“I don’t think I will order with this company again. I have not received my order and it was placed on July 19, and it’s now August 10th. I keep checking my tracking # for updates, all its says was a label was created, check back later for further updates. I even contacted the company with my order#. They said it was shipped out. Still waiting for my item.”

“No one answers the phones and my orders of over £140 have not been delivered in 9 days and neither have I had a call or an email to explain why. I am unable to reach the company so I do not recommend”

Hi, As indicated in checkout delivery for these items to the UK is currently 7-14 business days. I have checked and the first order appears that it will deliver next week and the second either next week or early the week after. Thanks.

“When something cost $39.00 US dollars but I am charged $86 Australian dollars BUT the exchange rate would be $52 Australian dollars YOU are cheating international customers. Shame on you. I will never buy from you again, EVER.”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES-COMPANY EVER! Placed an order on June 18, got email status my purchased dispatched, en route to Dhl .. till today July 9 nothing has arrived! Emailed called many time either no respond or unresponsive! Finally Yesterday July 8 they sent email stated: ‘ Order is on its way, request you to allow few more days for delivery. We assure you that it is on the way and will be there as soon as possible, ...’ Just to woke up today to see they’re refunded money to my PayPal! There not any email any Words explains!! After almost 3 weeks of waiting for perfume that I was so happy found it at cosmeticnow, after so many searches! And anxiously waiting for 3 weeks, Just to receive huge disappointment and careless unprofessional customer services!”

“Fake Products. Beware! Delivered from the private address of a random Asian person in Tennessee. Not a real company. Do not be fooled. Not an authorized retailer of Darphin products.”

“My product was delivered to the wrong address due to the formatting on the website's checkout page. I was expected to retrieve the package from this address across town. Redelivery or refund was not offered and this was not my first order from CN.”

“It is nearly one month since I ordered. I am now told that part of my order had to be shipped from the United States. You must advise people that they may expect a huge delay. You certainly take our money up front. I would not have processed my order if this was made clear at the beginning. Bad service and I am very disillusioned.”

Sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Due to the outspread of the pandemic worldwide, shipments were delayed. Shipments are back on track now. Your order will surely be delivered to you in 5-7 days.

“Great idea for a consumer cosmetics site. However, given the fact that I reside in Canada, I’m experiencing a very long and extended delivery process. I may add that there was very little follow-up or communication from ‘Cosmetics Now’ as to the delay. Only when I raised the issue did they attempt to reassure me that the reason was solely due to the COVID disruption. Hard to believe given that I’ve had timely arrivals with similar orders with other companies. Seems Cosmetics Now’s distribution system needs to be more efficiently serviced. In summary there is great hype about the site and the breadth of products it offers however the follow through and monitoring of delivery seems weak. Still counting the days and waiting for my package to arrive.”

“I had to pay another 646.- THB for my product on arrival, which is not okay for me. All costs should be include with my online payment, but it was not. I am dissapointed.”
