Hi As per tracking, Order was delivered on 30th March( ie on 10th business day, within our usual given time frame)

I very dissatisfied and dissapointed. I need to refund. This is the first time I order with your company. I order at 11/3/21 and I received it at 30/3/21.. I order 10 boxes Melrose sleep and beauty supplement.. But all the product only left one and half months expiry.. The expiry date will be at 17/5/21.. I need to refund and return the product to you.. Please help...

when I opened goods they were damaged! The boxes of both items I bought were nothing but drenched paper pulp! The items were also opened and I can’t use them! Very disappointing!!

Ordered over a week ago and item has not been received at USPS for delivery. Customer service appears to be non existent; had to leave voicemail during a weekday at 11 am.

This is my transaction ID: #1781064. Today is 21st March, 2021 (30 days after purchasing), I still haven't received any update according to my package via JANIO.Super disappointing services I've experienced; please don't use covid19 as excuses, because i've ordered many stuff from around the globe and via many different shipment and they still keep their promises regarding shipment dateline.Waiting for your cooperation and commitment to your customer.

I am unhappy with the delivery of my purchase. I was not home when delivery was attempted. I do not understand why the courier did not leave the package at my door, as all other couriers do. I then had to drive to another location and collect my package. Next time I will just buy from a department store. The on-line experience was ridiculous.

It should probably be made clear that this isn’t a website or business that operates from NZ , and orders are shipped from an international location 15 days for an item to arrive from Australia, and being given a stock standard generic answer when I enquired. ( I ordered things from America last week and they arrived in 3 days) Not very good customer service in my opinion.

I ordered and paid for a Bvlgari body lotion but received a shower gel instead. It was half the price of what I paid for. Email customer support but didn’t get any response!

Delivery period is not acceptable. Product was sent from Singapore to Thailand and it took almost a month. I bought stuff from USA. It took 11 days only What takes this so long? Should improve. Thanks

Ordered tweezers online and the package arrived as an empty box. Difficulty communicating with cosmetics now. I haven’t been able to arrange for a refund or replacement

My order has arrived today, well packaged, but it took 25 days for delivery. I assumed from the info on this website I was ordering in NZ for delivery in NZ, however that was not the case. 20 days from warehouse to the airport product was leaving from, and only 5 days national delivery. I would prefer to pay more for the item in future and have it delivered in a reasonable time frame.

Hi Sue, Sorry for the delays, it appears that there was a backlog in transit at the time. Recent delivery has been around 6 to 8 business days.

I order 3 tubes of L’Oréal Double Extension mascara and I literally took 30 days to arrive ..And the mascaras are Not in packages or sealed..Very disappointed

Horrible experience and horrible customer service. These guys misguide you when they claim 3-6 business days for the delivery of your order. I am even surprised to see that they claim 96% on-time delivery! Took them 14 business days with my order. So, I am surely better off taking my business somewhere else.

The price for 40ml perfume was $10 less than for 90ml and I bought it without realizing this outrageous markup. I messaged the minute I paid for the order to cancel it. The minute after the order was made, I e-mailed the company the order number to cancel it as a mistake order. Next day - again. All along the phone number is not answered. Three days later a support person responded by e-mail saying the item was "unfortunately" shipped. Now, I have to ship it back at my expense to get my money back after they receive it. Outrageous!

I have used Cosmetics Now for a few years and have found delivery to be long winded. However, I recently bought Roc Multi Correxion 5 in 1 Night Restoring Cream, which is and has always been a white cream. I know this product very well as I have used it for years. I know the smell of it too. When I opened the jar the cream was pink, I also know this cream it comes in a similar jar labelled Roc Multi Correxion 5in 1 Neck Throat and Face Cream, an entirely different product. I was very alarmed as I know for sure that the company Roc would not make this mistake in their production factories. I have asked for clarification on several occasions, and have received a refund. I have not however had an explanation as to how this could have happened. I have either been ignored or on one occasion I was told different products for different countries in different jars!!! Rubbish!!! I am still alarmed by this, as now I'm beginning to wonder if these products are at all genuine. I have been in touch with Roc and informed them of this. I need an explanation but whatever it is the reason, it can't be good.

Purchased Evo Shampoo and Conditioner for "hydration". It caused my hair to knot so badly I had to use another product to detangle it. This product is not as described and a refund or exchange was declined because the product had been opened. If you are unfamiliar with any products, this is NOT the company to purchase from as they do not stand behind the quality of their products. I will not purchase from this company again.

I dont recommend this company. It took 27 days for my product to arrive. I had 3 email correspondance with them about when my product would be delivered and I kept getting '5 days' from order with no accountability. I gave up after 25 days and purchased the same product elsewhere. When it finally turned up I had to have a further 2 emails about why I was returning. I gave up in the end. Never again!

This order took 20 calendar days and 15 business days to arrive. This item is quoted as 6-8 business days to arrive as it takes an extra 4-5 business days to dispatch as stated on the website. It was dispatched as expected, on the 5th business day after order, unforuantely it was delayed around 7 business days in the Auspost network before it left Melbourne, sorry for the inconvenince caused.
