“I ordered my products on the 27th of November 2020. I only Received them yesterday. I will not be making any future purchases with your company!!”

“I wish I could put zero stars! Very bad service! I ordered on Dec 12th 2020, and I still didn’t receive my order! I emailed and called customer service many times and all they keep saying is package is on its way! But yet the tracking # they provided me has no update since dec 21st! We are January 20th and I have not received my order. When placing the order it said 10-20 days to arrive! Customer service refuses to help me and refuses to reimburse me. My order was 135$ PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THiS WEBSITE”

“I placed my order in good faith thinking it was coming from within Australia. I have now been advised that my order is being held indefinitely at a Hub in Cincinnati USA. Not happy at all and will be demanding a refund if I havnt received it within a week. My order was placed on 31 December, 2020”

“I placed an order on Dec 15th and it just arrived today...Jan 5th!!! When you charge your customers for shipping, like you did to me, they expect better service. I also ordered from one of your competitors on Dec 15th, and received it Dec 24th., and they did not charge me for shipping!!!!!!! I will will never support you business again!”

“My order was cancelled without any notification. It took the company days to respond to my inquiry when I finally realized what happened. They gave me some BS explanation about not being able to "verify" the transaction and that they had "tried" to contact me. Interestingly the product I had ordered from this company was suddenly much more expensive!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, rubbish service, ordered way before Xmas for a present, never showed up still waiting after 2 weeks, cant track it, the help line is a useless recorded message, no answer to email. I will have to try for a refund on my credit card.”

“Non-existent customer service, sent an email responding to an order email like they rell you to, that went unanswered (ca 15 days and counting), below dissapointed. The items are also way over priced which is a scam in itself, will never use this site again.”

“BE VERY AWARE. I ordered an item and paid £7.60 postage. Unbeknown to me the item was coming from The Netherlands and Royal Mail would not deliver until I paid £11.91 CUSTOMS CHARGE. As I was not made aware of this when placing my order I would advise anyone of thinking of ordering from this company to think again. Will not be using this company in the future.”

“Bought 2 Acqua di Parma fragrances. They don't smell right. Just used three different cosmetic date checker websites and they all confirm the fragrances were made in 2013. So CosmeticsNow are selling fragrances that ARE 7 YEARS OLD.”

“I tried dermablend after researching a lot and looking at their reviews. The delivery time was way too late than the claimed date. The product is disgusting, does give full coverage , complete false advertising of the product. Upon complaint, they are of no use. They do not listen, makes excuses and waste your time. Does not want to help the customer. Waste of money waste of time. Rude customer service. Worse experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone. They are just cheating people with probably buying the reviews they have on their website. I guess their is no point giving this review either.”

“Much disappointed experience with this company. I bought total two products in one order (1) teeth whitening at RM94 and (2) CD moisturizer at RM 656. Moisturizer, even made very real, is actually fake imitation. For RM 656, I felt I was cheated. For teeth whitening, I have complained 4 times for product not received. Every time I sent them email asking why they claimed they have dispatched but I never received, they will just keep asking me to provide more information which , If search by the same email history, they can see the info they need. I felt cheated and will never used this website again. Surprised how they get so many good review. Suspect those were paid reviews.”

“I ordered 12 shampoo bars and ended up getting only one shampoo bar. The customer service took more than 12 hours for first and second replies. It takes too long for the customer service to respond.”
