“The product I received was faulty. The cushion came with its safety seal slightly unsealed and opened. The joints of the inner lid of the cushion was broken, wobbly and weak. I have currently asked for return and refund, and am waiting for their response. I saw a lot of reviews online saying that their refund process has been dragging on for months and I hope that is not the case for me. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!”

“I bought what I thought was a genuine CHI product. It was not. It was a very clever fake as I have since found out CHI do not sell to anyone except hairdressers. The colour was not as good and Cosmetics Now are ripping off legitimate businesses. BUYER BEWARE!!”

“Only got 1 star because the items purchased were correct. Took over a week to even dispatch and when I asked where the items were I got a half arsed answer that it takes a few days to dispatch (had already been a week) wouldn't waste my time buying from them again”

“Fortunately I went down the street to my mail box as soon as I received the info from you that my parcel had been delivered. Had I not I am sure it would have been gone. This is because the parcel was not put in my mailbox as you said but was left on the floor in the area which is out of doors. We have many men working in the area replacing our roofs or landscaping and it would have been very easy for one of them to pick it up. This is not acceptable.”

“I have been trying to cancel orders that qe not placed by me, but I keep getting ignored. My account has been set to reorder which I didn't authorize and have tried to call but no one ever answers or calls me back. I have emailed several times to cancel orders which are pending on my account that I did not place and asks them to investigate further but they are ignoring my request. This site is a scam.”

“i really hope can request refund..i have order 10 box melrose sleep & beauty ..but the expiry date is 17/5/21..i received it on 31/3/21.only left one and half month. how can finish it..one month only can eat 1 box.”
