Trying to place order and when I call no one answers leave message, as a consumer this cost me a lost of wasted time. Put correct charge # and keeps saying it is wrong.

Fortunately I went down the street to my mail box as soon as I received the info from you that my parcel had been delivered. Had I not I am sure it would have been gone. This is because the parcel was not put in my mailbox as you said but was left on the floor in the area which is out of doors. We have many men working in the area replacing our roofs or landscaping and it would have been very easy for one of them to pick it up. This is not acceptable.

I have been trying to cancel orders that qe not placed by me, but I keep getting ignored. My account has been set to reorder which I didn't authorize and have tried to call but no one ever answers or calls me back. I have emailed several times to cancel orders which are pending on my account that I did not place and asks them to investigate further but they are ignoring my request. This site is a scam.

I now know the product was over priced. I feel ripped off From order to delivered was 3 weeks. Poor I will never use again

i really hope can request refund..i have order 10 box melrose sleep & beauty ..but the expiry date is 17/5/21..i received it on 31/3/21.only left one and half month. how can finish it..one month only can eat 1 box.

I very dissatisfied and dissapointed. I need to refund. This is the first time I order with your company. I order at 11/3/21 and I received it at 30/3/21.. I order 10 boxes Melrose sleep and beauty supplement.. But all the product only left one and half months expiry.. The expiry date will be at 17/5/21.. I need to refund and return the product to you.. Please help...

when I opened goods they were damaged! The boxes of both items I bought were nothing but drenched paper pulp! The items were also opened and I can’t use them! Very disappointing!!

Ordered over a week ago and item has not been received at USPS for delivery. Customer service appears to be non existent; had to leave voicemail during a weekday at 11 am.

Today is 21st March, 2021 (30 days after purchasing), I still haven't received any update according to my package via JANIO.Super disappointing services I've experienced; please don't use covid19 as excuses, because i've ordered many stuff from around the globe and via many different shipment and they still keep their promises regarding shipment dateline.Waiting for your cooperation and commitment to your customer.

I am unhappy with the delivery of my purchase. I was not home when delivery was attempted. I do not understand why the courier did not leave the package at my door, as all other couriers do. I then had to drive to another location and collect my package. Next time I will just buy from a department store. The on-line experience was ridiculous.
