“BUYER BEWARE!! I received my products well after the expected arrival date. I ordered 3 Cinema Secrets foundation cream palettes and 2 of the 3 were not in boxes. This is unacceptable and unhygienic - especially in times of Covid. Who knows how old the product is or if it has been tampered with? Veena - the customer service associate sent numerous emails asking me to repeat myself and then insisted that the #200 and #300 series products simply did not come in boxes. Unreal! I have ordered these palettes from other companies and they were always in new, boxed condition. There is also no expiry date on the products. If this company is selling unboxed, old products they need to let consumers know. I read other reviews of consumers receiving potentially old or used products as well. They have offered no solution at all. Needless to say this has been a terrible experience.”

“Took almost 1 month for my Cinema Secrets foundations to get here. Two of the 3 palettes came unboxed. This is totally sketchy and unprofessional. I also didn't realize they were located in Australia as I was clicking on a Cometics Now "Canada" ad. Bad experience overall.”

“This is a scam company. Never buy anything through them!! You will not receive the products nor they will issue a refund! If something goes wrong, they dont take responsibility and you will loose your money! Be aware!! Stay away!”

“This is just a storefront: they took the money but delivered NOTHING. Customer service won't take calls, Please stay away and don't buy from them. Don't be tempted by the variety of products deciduas most of them are not in their stock. There are other companies with reliable and timely service.”

“I placed an order expecting it to arrive in 10 days as stated on delivery but the item hasn’t even been sent to the courier to deliver, tried to get help from customer service and they said they’ve sent it and to wait longer. It shouldn’t take over 2 weeks for an order to be dispatched to the delivery partner. Absolutely ridiculous and unreliable. Never ever order from this place, the customer service team is no help whatsoever!!”

“Please avoid this company, Unresponsive when seeking support. Yet to receive anything until now. I order 4 items valued at around 200+ Dollars on 26 September. Cosmetic Now states the deliver time is around 5-8 Business days. It has been 12 business day, and yet the parcel has not arrive. I have been trying to email their support however their support is very unresponsive, I sent an email to them on 8 October, and today is the 12 October. Still no reply and no parcel. NOTHING!!! Their Facebook chat is not capable of rendering any kind of support or assistance, they just kept asking you to email their unresponsive and unhelpful support mail. This is my first purchase and yet already facing so much issues. How could such a reputable web store be so disappointing. This is ridiculous.”

“Apparently stock is coming from overseas and they are not transparent about this as this is impacting delivery times. When I contacted them they were dismissive and uncooperative. Please stay away and don't buy from them- they are not reliable!!!”

“I wrote to you and sent photos about my concerns regarding an expensive product that has warnings to follow the instructions. There were no instructions and it’s concerning that a product made in Barcelona and sold in Australia has stickers all over it in Chinese. You didn’t care about my concerns because you already have my $400. I won’t buy again as I don’t trust you”
