“This is the worst experience I’ve had with any website ever I’ve ordered a perfume paid for it , it was supposed to be shipped within 5-7 days I waited over 15 days for my order and chatting to the online service they said there is a delay with orders I was patient and waited then all of sudden I see the status of my order has been cancelled I contacted the customer support they said my order is out of stock when it’s still showing in stock on their website “I bought my perfume on sale and on website showing full price again” I contacted them again they made story up about two different suppliers and one doesn’t ship to uk which can’t convince a child I’m soo annoyed and disappointed I rarely write a review but I couldn’t go over this bad experience avoid this unprofessional company and don’t waste your money or wait”

“Very bad service. After placing the order, nothing happened for next 4 weeks. Only after sending am email to the customer service, my parcel has finally been dispatched and sended to me. No apologies or comlementary coupons for such a mistake. You could do better Cosmetics Now. With so many other websites selling the same products - with sooo much betters service - you should treat your customers with a respect. Last time I've ordered from here😖😖😖”

“Do not use these people! I bought a Fanola Rebalance shampoo, the bottom of the bottle clearly states P. 05/18 and E. 05/21.....and its now 11/22 OUT OF DATE BY OVER A YEAR. I contacted CN and they asked for a photo, which I sent. They're now telling me its not an Expiry date....no other explanation just 'its not an expiry date" what is it then? Do you think we customers are stupid? That was the first time I have used this site and it will be the last. I will now contact Fanola direct and ask them what P and E means and let them know how bad "Cosmetics Now is. BAD BAD BAD customer service”

“Here again, I still haven't received my parcel it's going to be about a month now. Worst shipping ever. They seem to be careless regarding the queries and still couldn't find any solution. I'm so done with this supplier. Never.....”

“I made an order on 19th OCT, and they never ship it out. I asked their support for 3 times, and they said it was due to a staff problem. LOL. So they can not ship lipstick out for 7 days. Then I asked for a refund. Now after 3 days, the order is still pending. LOL. NO SHIPMENT, NO REFUND, JUST SCAM”

“EXPENSIVE than the other suppliers and what really sucks is thier DELIVERY CRITERIA perhaps to make fool of customers. I haven't got my parcel even though I've paid too much for the standard delivery not delived yet and it's the worst online store I've ever come across. Don't think I'm gonna place any order again or recommend to any.”

“I placed an order back on the 24.4.2022 and still waiting for the delivery. Every time I contact the company i get the same message " we have talked to the delivery people and you will have it by the end of the week" still waiting. The tracking no. just keeps coming up with "no information available" Have asked for a refund now for the good paid for but not received. I will never be using this company again. I wonder if they will keep my money or actually return it to the rightful owner.”

“Not only did it take forever ,of which if they give accurate account on website, they did not BUT ..... After waiting I received 2 of other people's order with there info inside. It took me contacting PayPal before they contacted me back. Please people look elsewhere NOT worth the headache”

“I ordered my items on January 27th. I have repeatedly been checking on my shipment and keep being told it’s coming. Keep getting different tracking numbers. It’s been over 5 weeks now. I keep asking specifically where the package is and kept being sent tracking numbers and the tracking numbers tell me diff tho gs. I ask specifically where my package is and still just get sent tracking numbers. I think your company is likely a scam. 5 weeks and still waiting to get a small package!”

“Here is my review and it is not good. I placed an order on January 2, 2022. My credit card has been charged $165.43. I have not received my order and there is no tracking information. I have emailed twice and have the reply is a generated email saying my products are stuck at the American/Canadian border. My credit card should have never been charged. I have been calling the 1-888 number and I cannot get through to a service rep. This is unacceptable. Today is FEBUARY 11, 2022. 6 weeks since I placed my order. I will NEVER order from this company again and if you buyer are thinking about placing an order, THINK TWICE.”

“i purchased a perfume from this shop and didnt got it for a month (they guaranteed a 15 days shipping) so i contact them. their respond was that they didnt get my payment and the product was out of stock, i send my recipt and they gave me a refund. please save your time and do not even begin the process of ordering from them.”

“This has the longest shipping I have ever experienced! It's been 2 weeks and I've not had any informative correspondence about the whereabouts of my order. It has taken 6 days for my order to even leave their warehouse, when shipping was meant to be 5-7 days (which I paid extra for.) I will not order from here again.”

“BEWARE Do not order from this company if you are in North America. They disguise their true location by having a .ca address but They are located in Australia and/or Hong Kong so shipping took one month and the sunscreen products were half way through their expiry date. They make it difficult to return items by insisting that packages be registered and shipped back to Asia if you want a refund. The discount offered was not enough to justify the shortened expiry dates of 50 percent.”
