I made an order on 19th OCT, and they never ship it out. I asked their support for 3 times, and they said it was due to a staff problem. LOL. So they can not ship lipstick out for 7 days. Then I asked for a refund. Now after 3 days, the order is still pending. LOL. NO SHIPMENT, NO REFUND, JUST SCAM
