I will come back and update this if the situation changes... but it's been 3 weeks now since I placed this order & there is no sign of it. Their 'tracking' page hasn't been updated since the day I placed the order & the customer service people told me 7-10 days as it was coming. We're at 21 days with no tracking details, no updates and no sign of my order.
