“Ordered and paid for a perfume on 3rd May. Order confirmation still says pending, no contact or updates. Have emailed twice with no reply and called their number. Left a message and nobody has returned my call.”

“I ordererd a perfume and for almost two months i have been waiting it never came they kept giving me excuses that its on the way sending the same email everytime i ask about it. After seven weeks i then decided to get my refund because they were not even sure when the order is going to arrive. I was disappointed it was a mothers day gift. I will not recommend for anyone to use these people if you want to receive your good on time.”

“I will come back and update this if the situation changes... but it's been 3 weeks now since I placed this order & there is no sign of it. Their 'tracking' page hasn't been updated since the day I placed the order & the customer service people told me 7-10 days as it was coming. We're at 21 days with no tracking details, no updates and no sign of my order.”

“Waiting on my order being shipped. its been 21 days since I ordered it and was told it would be shipped ASAP. Please dont order on here, go use a different website even if it costs a couple more dollars.”

“I ordered a product on 28th March and it still hasn't been sent. I'm tired of being asked to be patient!!!!! I was told it was definitely being sent last week - LIES - STILL NO TRACKING DETAILS. I'm beginning to think this site is a SCAM”

“I have been waiting for my order since April 19th and I have not received any emails or updates. Says label created and nothing. No post office pick up- nothing. I tried to call and no one to talk to. Left a message no one called me back. I spent 79.90 and I want my money back or the item. Are you even a legit business.”

“BEWARE: As many other reviews state, very misleading shipping times! There’s only a very small disclaimer under the picture of the product when you first view it in regards to whether it may be shipped from America - causing a delay of weeks. There’s no subsequent disclaimers at any point of the purchase process, to the point where it says it will be delivered in 3-4 business days as it seeks to re-confirm your order before purchase, and again in your email confirmation after purchase. It’s deceptive and misleading conduct designed to secure your business. The product itself great and no other issues, but wouldn’t order from here again as I wanted it the next week, not weeks later! You know this is widely reported in reviews, do better.”
