“They didn’t shipping the items, no tracking number received, no answer from the support, totally disappointed, luckily I paid with PayPal otherwise would be a nightmare deal with this company. “Libertine parfumerie” is completely another level of quality and customer service buy from them !”

“I bought 8 or so Paddywax jar candles. When they arrived, they were packaged together with now protection between the candles. One was smashed which caused chirping and cracking on the rest of the candles. I sent an email and called and have yet to hear back. I would not buy anything from this company again!!!”

“I purchased Sothy's products - they are genuine. However, the parcel took 25 days to arrive when all of the Order Confirmation emails and website advised said it would be 4-7-10 workings days. I called on phone, it was an answer machine, then I emailed numerous times to find out what has gone wrong. I now know they promise fast delivery, but goods come from overseas (via a turtle). When they get your order, they create a parcel dispatch that day - but it isnt really until their imported parcel arrives that they dispatch it. In my case, almost 4 weeks. I spend $280.”

“Very bad communication. I place my Nixon Shampoo & conditioner order by Paypal and no email advise when the good will be despatch, i still have not received any email after 10 days as to when the goods will be despatched. i call the 1300 number left a message (It was a robot recording message) i receiced 1 email said my products required some handling time? after 10 days they still need handling time? are they trying to re-produce the non genuine Nixon shampoo and put into the empty Nixon bottle? Looks like this company is a scammer selling non genuine products.”

“I'm writing this review about my order from Cosmetics Now. I wasn't sure about this website because of one, there are 3 different cosmetics now websites that end in .au, .co, and .com. Second, the prices for their fragrances were cheaper than a lot of other sites. I hesitantly put in an order, only to cancel and re-order the product on April 3rd, 2023. I just received my order today, April 13th, 2023. The product came as described and pictured on their website, which matches what i had found on the Jean Paul Gaultier website. Now, even though the product was delivered, it did seem to be a bit sketchy when it came down to my USPS tracking number having more digits than the standard USPS number. I was informed by customer service and USPS that this order was coming from overseas and had to pass customs before being delivered. Rest assure that if you order from Cosmetics Now, that you will receive your order but it'll be a couple of weeks before you actually get a tracking number and before it passes customs. I will be ordering from this site/company again.”

“So far so good - placed the order and got email confirmation. However when I first went to checkout it wouldn't accept my discount code and would not allow me to pay via PayPal. I checked the URL and it was different to what I presume is the legitimate website. This possible scam website was https://www2.cosmeticsnow.com.au/ Maybe people that are experiencing problems with orders are actually using this site instead of www.cosmeticsnow.com.au. Obviously can't comment on delivery etc, but this was something that I just noticed - drawn to my attention by the inability to use discount code and pay by PayPal.”
