I have ordered from them a few times, and sometimes delivery is fast, sometimes it takes a little nudge on my end.
Currently waiting for a package to arrive and this is the longest I've have to wait.
This is also the first time I've had to deal with customer service and its absolutely appalling! The number provided doesn't even work. And the chat line is horrendous!
Logging in, my account says my order has been dispatched, but upon calling DHL they say the package hasn't been handed over yet.
Extremely frustrating to say the less...
