Very bad communication. I place my Nixon Shampoo & conditioner order by Paypal and no email advise when the good will be despatch, i still have not received any email after 10 days as to when the goods will be despatched. i call the 1300 number left a message (It was a robot recording message) i receiced 1 email said my products required some handling time? after 10 days they still need handling time? are they trying to re-produce the non genuine Nixon shampoo and put into the empty Nixon bottle? Looks like this company is a scammer selling non genuine products.
