I purchased Sothy's products - they are genuine. However, the parcel took 25 days to arrive when all of the Order Confirmation emails and website advised said it would be 4-7-10 workings days. I called on phone, it was an answer machine, then I emailed numerous times to find out what has gone wrong. I now know they promise fast delivery, but goods come from overseas (via a turtle). When they get your order, they create a parcel dispatch that day - but it isnt really until their imported parcel arrives that they dispatch it. In my case, almost 4 weeks. I spend $280.
