Hi recently wrote a bad review because I didn’t received any updates about my purchase for more then 10days. But when I bought the item I completely missed that this parfum wasn’t in Australia but was coming from a stock overseas. After the bad review i was called by the customer service and a nice girl helped me to speed the process and after one week my item was processed with express postage. So for any inconvenience before the check out make sure you read the processing time for your product. Thank you so much and sorry for my misunderstanding.
