I have been trying to return an item that I ordered. Their website says that you can return any unused product for fragrances to send a email to send It to the correct address. I have never talked with anyone when I have called and have left 3 voicemail messages with my phone number and email as requested. I have sent 4 emails from their website and one from my email but still don't have a return address. I paid the shipping as they say you have only 14 days to return. Now I’m afraid to lose the product and the money. Good to buy but really bad customer service.
