What I order was to the standard I have received from Cosmetics Now but it took nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive. I don't know who you use for your delivery of goods but I was disappointed in the time it took to arrive in Darwin. I know that you state that for regional areas it can take longer but not nearly 3 weeks.
