Cosmetics Now are really great to deal with. Mostly have what I want and if not let me know when my wished for product is back in stock. Delivery is prompt and I can track my order. The stock is well within the "use by" date which isn't always the way with the big department stores. I am so thankful that I am still able to purchase Shiseido products from Cosmetics Now as they are no longer available in Australian department stores.
