I have bought my products through Cosnetics Now many times with good results but last time a product was cancelled and I was only partially refunded my postage. I emailed and a few days later was told they will get back to me. As no one got back to me 2 weeks later I had to email again to get my full postage refund back. I was disappointed with the lack of response and customer service so I have bought my products elsewhere.
