I have brought from Cosmetics Now for years never had a problem but the last year i've noticed the company going downhill .Well as for ringing forget it, never got to talk to anybody reason item missing weeks later turned up it would have been nice to know what was going on but i would give you 5 stars but for those two reason . Products perfect on all other orders quick ship , just wish you could contact them if you have an issue and they answer of course ...Thanks
