Delighted to receive this item, however, there was an issue in that the product was sent from the USA. My original confirmation of shipment advised delivery with 5-6 days with Australia Post. After receiving the above message and the product not having been delivered, I contacted your message centre via email. I was then advised that this item was being shipped from the USA and not Australia. The product eventually arrived after 14 days of advice that it had been shipped. Would suggest that you advise, in writing, that an item is being shipped from the USA - this would save a lot of confusion. Thanks.
