The item I ordered had not been delivered after nearly two weeks. When it finally was - it was requiring me to be home or have someone at my home which is virtually impossible for someone working full time. Appreciate this isn’t Cosmetics Now law or policy however there needs to be option at point of payment and selection of delivery options to request options as this is not completely unreadable as I cannot have someone at my house all day waiting, I cannot change the address now to my work and I memed to collect in office hours (orpat peoples work hours including mine). Could have done better. The time taken to send the goods is also longer than most providers. The prices are not cheap enough at all to warrant that.
