I placed an order on Dec 18th, received no email confirmation. When I emailed customer service they sent me a tracking number and it has now been 2 weeks with no tracking updates and have no idea when and if I will ever receive my order. It shouldn’t take this long With no explanation. I will not be ordering from this company again.
