After reading some very poor reviews I was extremely nervous as a first time purchaser from Cosmetics Now. However, I have to say my experience was absolutely outstanding! I placed my order on the 24/4/20 and I now have my delivery on the 28/4/20 which also included a whole weekend period! The item was shipped by DHL from Hong Kong to Australia. I had a very positive experience with this courier and was kept up-to-date the entire time with emails from Cosmetics Now, as well as frequent DHL texts. I was also concerned about the authenticity of the products from reading other customers reviews, however my item was completely sealed with the correct packaging and obviously the genuine product I paid for. I'm sorry to read others have had such bad experiences because based on my own experience I couldn't recommend this company enough. SO impressed with the quality and customer service all round.
