I also purchased at the start of the pandemic so expected a delay, however has now been 8 weeks with no package, tracking number isn’t working and customer service emails asking me to be patient. I tried calling today at various times but couldn’t get through, just got an automated voice saying they were busy with other callers and asking me to leave a message!! I thought they were an Australian company but didn’t realise they shipped from overseas, if they even are legit. My mistake for not doing my research first, I’ve lost my money now. I would warn others not to buy.
