Placed an order and contacted them Same day because I had to make a change to the sizes I ordered. No reply from them before two days after my initial email. They then told me that it was too late and nothing to do about it. Really? If you’ve checked your mails the same day or the next day then you could have switched the sizes to the correct size instead. They actually don’t reply to anything, I’ve written about ten emails asking them to act on the issues, but they haven’t. I asked them for a prepaid return label, which is only fair as they could have changed the order before they sent it out to me. They haven’t replied to my request of a prepaid label. Also I’ve paid 15 euros for Dhl shipping and it takes two weeks for the goods to arrive according to the Dhl notification I have received. Shipping to DK fro Greece that takes two weeks for 15 euros? This is hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had, not even close. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
