Πηρα σνικερς adiddas τα φορεσα 5 φορες ειχαν θεμα εσωτερικα με τις ραφες οπου ανοιξε σε ενα σημειο και οταν τα εστειλα στο καταστημα ενα μιση μηνα μετα μου ειπαν πως φταιω εγω και πως ειναι φθορα δικη μου. δεν τους ελεγχει κανεις, κανουν οτι θελουν και φανταζομαι και πως τα παπουτσια θα ειχαν ξεμεινει χρονια σε αποθηκες. φορεθηκαν οπως προαναφερθηκα 5 φορες σε καθιστικη εργασια. Ντροπη τους να μην παραδεχονται την αληθεια και να κοροιδευουν τον κοσμο. φυσικα το αρμοδιο τμημα δεν εχει τηλ η καποιο ιμειλ και απλως μαθαινεις τι αποφασισαν. Μακρια απο τα cosmos sport απατεωνες με Α κεφαλαιο.”

Ordered and paid a pair of Nike Air max and after 4 days they cancelled my order....and this happened 3 times in 2 weeks!!!

Same day because I had to make a change to the sizes I ordered. No reply from them before two days after my initial email. They then told me that it was too late and nothing to do about it. Really? If you’ve checked your mails the same day or the next day then you could have switched the sizes to the correct size instead. They actually don’t reply to anything, I’ve written about ten emails asking them to act on the issues, but they haven’t. I asked them for a prepaid return label, which is only fair as they could have changed the order before they sent it out to me. They haven’t replied to my request of a prepaid label. Also I’ve paid 15 euros for Dhl shipping and it takes two weeks for the goods to arrive according to the Dhl notification I have received. Shipping to DK fro Greece that takes two weeks for 15 euros?
This is hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had, not even close.
You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers.
