I ordered my costume size based on my measurements. They sent the wrong size. I requested help from customer service. They sent me yet another costume in the wrong size. Since they sent the wrong size twice with no guarantee of sending the correct size on their third try, I requested a refund. They were unwilling to fulfill the refund since they required the item to be sent back first. The cost of shipping the item back to them was more than the item itself (approximately $100 CAD shipping cost vs. costume cost $70 CAD). When I informed them of the high shipping cost, they refused to cover the cost of shipping the item. They insisted on shipping the item back at MY EXPENSE, even though it was THEIR MISTAKE BY SENDING THE WRONG SIZE THAT I DIDN'T ORDER.
