I ordered a refrigerator-dishwasher combo by Memorial Day. My delivery was scheduled for June 12th. That day no one showed up and no one sent me an email to let me know why. I waited on the phone for 2 hours until finally someone told me that the appliances never got to the warehouse, even though my tracking number showed as arrived at the local warehouse. The delivery was rescheduled for last Saturday and same thing. No show! Called customer service again and they told me that they couldn’t find my appliances and I need to reorder. Then my specific appliances were out of stock and now, after almost a month, I don’t have a refrigerator or dishwasher that I still need them so bad. I am so disappointed with Costco, but now I’m reading other reviews, it looks like that this type of situation happens all the time. So my advice, don’t order from Costco any appliances ever!
