“Today is one of the most unpleasant days for me; I arrived at Costco as usual and then when I was going to pay the employee who is helping the cashier took a picture of me without my authorization and then ran to the office; I arrived and I said I wanted to talk to the manager and she came just to tell me that I had not taken any photos but she did not check the security camera and sees that her employee took my photo it is unfair that one as a customer goes through this and the managers do nothing about it I hope Costco Wholesale Do something

“I was issued a $15 digital Costco gift card for all my trouble & numerous calls to right a shipement that was ruined because of the way it was packed at the Costco Warehouse. When my refund for one of the items was finally issued several weeks later ! ( after at least 5 phone calls) they deducted $15 from my original receipt ! Nothing like giving you something, then taking it back. I think you just lost me as a customer.”
“This was my first time ordering online from Costco. It was the worst online ordering experience I have ever had! If you are a Costco member, whatever you do, do not forget your password. It took multiple attempts to reset mine. So many that I lost count. Then the site is soooooo slow! It continually buffers and I had to keep clicking on my cart to advance the checkout process. The only reason I persevered is because the item I wanted is heavy, had free shipping, and it will be easier to get the item into my house directly from my porch. Unless Costco improves their App/Website this will be the last time I order online through them. I would rather do without then go through that torture again. 🦆Ing ridiculous!”
“I was approached by membership rep to upgrade the membership at Redwood City, CA. I told him i was not interested, he just kept talking. I said I felt harassed, he said that it is Costco doing and I would experience this until I upgrade my membership! He stared at me the rest of the check out process, which made me very uncomfortable and not safe to go to this store. Costco advertises harassment free environment; however, this aggressive approach is promoting unwelcoming behavior from employees.
Costco should review its own policies and train employees what harassment means.”

I am writing to share some feedback regarding the Musang King durian I recently purchased from your Lakeside store. As a Malaysian, I am very familiar with the various durian varieties, and Musang King is renowned for its premium quality — particularly its rich flavour, creamy texture, and notably small seeds.
While I was initially satisfied with my purchases, I have recently noticed a significant inconsistency in quality. Some of the fruit I bought exhibited characteristics not typical of authentic Musang King, most notably the presence of unusually large seeds. Given that small seeds are one of Musang King’s distinctive traits, this was unexpected and concerning.
Considering the high demand for Musang King durian, I suspect that supply pressures may have led to other varieties being mixed into the selection. While I understand the challenges of maintaining a steady supply, marketing other varieties as Musang King misrepresents the product and falls short of the premium standard customers expect — especially at the higher price point.
I have always trusted Costco for its commitment to quality, and it is for this reason that I felt compelled to raise this concern. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate this matter to ensure that the high standards associated with Musang King durian are consistently upheld.

“I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Saurabh, a tire technician at the Surrey, BC Costco Tire Centre.
After discovering a flat tire and learning that the Richmond store didn’t have the replacement in stock, I was redirected to the Surrey location—without an appointment. When I arrived, Saurabh greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I explained that I had an appointment in Richmond but not in Surrey, and he immediately spoke with his manager to see how he could help.
Understanding the safety risks of driving back to Richmond on a flat tire, Saurabh went out of his way to get me the help I needed. He inspected all my tires, confirmed that the others were still in excellent condition (about 90%), and recommended replacing just the damaged one—saving me time and money with his honest and thoughtful assessment.
His professionalism, compassion, and quick action made a stressful situation much easier to handle. People like Saurabh truly make a difference, and I’m very grateful for the outstanding service I received.
