Couldn't find d prescription glasses frames i liked so I bought new frames and brought to costco. Very disappointed to be told they would not put glass in frames at first because they weren't new then because I didn't buy them at costco. Ten years I've been a member and this is horrible service. It's a glasses shop!!

Not worth it anymore, prices are outrageous and they are cutting quantity and quality.of products.You better off shopping at Aldi's or other places......

My complaint is with your Citi card program. Wanted to use Costco's HVAC program to replace my system and get all the rebates I could. With a price is $23K, my Citi card limit wouldn't be enough. Asked for an increase and was only given an extra $1k with a credit rating of 850 and no outstanding debt. Then told I'd have to wait 6 months for another increase which, is decided by a machine and not a person. So, I can't use my Citi card and get all the rebates. What a disappointment. The 2% back lost is enough to go elsewhere. Maybe a different card company would be better.

Roses are sold $18.99 for 2 dozen. Valentines Day week they raised the price to $38.99? This week they are back down to $18.99 serious blatant PRICE GOUGING

Dear Costco Management Team and Christopher, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Christopher for his exceptional assistance during a health issue I experienced in December of last year while visiting Costco in Elk Grove, CA. I suddenly developed faintness, shortness of breath, and other concerning symptoms, and Christopher immediately took charge of the situation. He called for an ambulance, stayed with me, and provided comforting support during what was an incredibly stressful time for me and my children. Christopher was respectful, attentive, and showed great sensitivity. Along with a few other Costco employees, he quickly blocked the aisle to respect my privacy, and he was compassionate in his questioning while on the phone with 911. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and caring demeanor. Not only did he take the necessary actions to ensure my safety, but he also made sure I felt reassured and cared for throughout the entire ordeal. Christopher went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. He is a true example of compassion and professionalism, and I’ll always remember his kindness during that difficult experience at Costco. Thank you, Christopher—you are an asset to Costco! P.S. I was taken to the ER, and I am doing well now 😊

I was having many problems with getting my right washer and dryer delivered to my home. but, thanks to Dalton E customer service supervisor, he was able to help me with every step till I received my right items. Thank you so much Dalton

@Costco You guys have the worst warranty service ever! I have the Costco second-year warranty on my laptop, I contacted your warranty services, a week so far asking me for different things every couple of days with no progress, I feel like I'm dealing with a government agency 😡

I received the Costco Connection monthly promotional magazine on Feb. 5th. ( I usually receive a coupon book but that never came.) I saw an add with $15 off of their Kirkland Nicotine gum but then noticed that it said “Valid 1/20/25-2/2/25.” I called my local Costco. They just said it’s expired, and even when I explained that I had just received the ad, they didn’t care. I called their corporate office who transferred me to their online c/s who didn’t seem to care either and would not honor the coupon. I then called back to corporate and was transferred to the Southeast regional office and spoke to a Mr Christopher, who had the same attitude-nothing they can do. I am thinking of cancelling my membership and only using local stores. Much better customer service.

There was clear racism from the security guy or loss prevention guy. Accused me of stealing and followed me to the car at the parking lot and checked my receipt which was already checked at the exit door and told me I believe you had items did not pay for it and after he checked the bill he said oh you can go now everything is okay. F*** that I escalated the matter and the store manager called me and all what he did oh we are sorry as Shaun ( the loss prevention guy) has an attitude like that. IF YOU KNOW HE HAS ATTITUDE LIKE THAT WHY NOT FIRE HIM. I am so disappointed from the management and of course I cancelled my membership and advised my family and friends not to shop there.

Due to hearing that you approve of not having DEI hires I can’t shop at your store anymore. I have shop there since you’ve opened and I can’t believe that you’re against DEI hires. It’s despicable and shocking shame on you Costco.

Quality products at good products but they drive me nuts moving their inventory all over the store. I shop at Costco regularly, and though they promote moving their goods as to be on a treasure hunt, I don’t have the time to be on a treasure hunt every time I shop there. What use to be a pleasant and welcomed experience has turned into frustrations and stressfulness. Even the Costco employees don’t know where the products are located and state they are just as upset as I am.

Costco support of DEI is a total disgrace for any corporation. So basically you are against merit based raises and promotions. Shame on you. I will not be renewing my membership. In fact BJ’s offers much better deals.

El Centro Costco's store is pathetic for total lack of check out people. I'm an avid fan of Costco and have shop for years. There is only 4 checkout stations open and the lines are way back. 18 people in my line alone. Totally unacceptable.

Opening a new store close to me in a month was excited and ready to get a membership but recent stance by corporate re DEI has changed my mind. Will drive 20 additional miles rather than support your misguided left wing position. Sam's rocks

I went to Costco to renew my card and in the entrance they did not let me go in , I explained them I need to renew my card and any way they did not permit me go inside . They followed me like a police and take outside. Is very sad how your employees are treating like a criminal. Please dear Costco don’t do that we your clients.

Dear Costco Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern about an unpleasant experience during checkout at your Bayer’s lake location on 26/1/2025 in the afternoon. As I was leaving, the employee at the final check-out station—a young woman wearing a winter hat—took my receipt to review my purchases. She claimed that I had not paid for some items and asked me to step aside while she called another employee to verify. After waiting, the second employee confirmed that I had indeed paid for everything. What disappointed me most was that the first employee did not apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge the mistake, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that thorough checks are necessary, but I hope this situation can be addressed to prevent such issues in the future by skilled person who can read items in receipt rather untrusting customers. Due to Costcos defiant attitude towards our new president Donald Trump amongst many other reasons we will be canceling our long time membership with the club. Fed up with Costco siding with the “Left” side of things and ignoring common sense conservative ideas etc… Peace Out!✌️
