I have membership forever with Costco, and have been ordering online and in store all the time, my last online purchase was disappointing, I have decided to order my appliances online thinking that the installation is included and will save time and money, didn't imagine that the whole process will turn out in so bad way, my order for the 3 items have been placed on October 16th, and scheduled for delivery and installation on the 24th, well, o the 24th I have received 2 items, one was installed and one was staying in the box because Costco didn't save my schedule for the 24th, so I called again and asking to reschedule, this time was for 10/30, well the 3rd item still didn't arrived to be installed on the 30th, so I called again and the customer services told me I need to reschedule, so the next app was set for 11/5, this time I was hopping will be the last, guest what, on Sunday the 11/3 I got a text that my item can't be deliver and installed on the 5th and will be on the 6th, here I am again, I called the customer services again for confirmation that both delivery and installation will be on the 11/6, all this time my kitchen was a mess, waiting for my items to be delivered and install, so disappointed, don't waste your money think twice before ordering from Costco, and read the reviews, do your homework, before placing an order.

Get ready to loose a lot of money with the check in and check out rules you implemented. You were making a lot of money on family members that were using a family member's card. But since they decided to make the process more stringent, get ready to loose money. People are not going to be forced on paying for a membership when they could use a family member's card. If you don't change it you will loose a lot of money. Already we can see by the reviews that people are not happy with your Service. Also the people you have working there are very rude in trying to enforce the nonsensical policies implemented by the Company. They don't understand that they get paid because we the people spend our money there. If most of us decide not to buy from you, you will go out of business and the employees that so blindly want to enforce your nonsense policies will find themselves without a job.

I am okay with the new scanner to check membership. I thinks only fair the only people that can enter are members. I would like to see Costco bringing back the great products they used to carry ie chocolates of the world. Gingerbread cookies dried fruit. I joined Sam’s club and find what Costco discontinued now at Sam’s club.

I love COSTCO and have been a member forever. For the first time, I am disappointed. The new muffins are terrible. They are much smaller and taste like cardbord. COSTO management - you cannot provide muffins that are NOT any good.

I've been at Costco member for at least 20 years I've had no issues with their policies. Anytime I've had to make a return it's been easy. Staff is polite and helpful. Products are offered at a good value. They clearly post and their advertisements that buying online it may be less expensive in the store . I appreciate that transparency. So if you have a problem paying the little bit extra you just need to go into the store and purchase it there.

Buyer beware, do not accept an appliance delivery from Costco without having the delivery person taking it completely out of the box and filming the condition of the unit. Also check to see it has feet. Any hidden damage due to delivery or shipping not reported in 90 days voids your warranty from the manufacturer and Costco. Now have a $800 8-month old paperweight that no one will take responsibility for. The damage was completely hidden at the time of delivery.

Constco...Why We Won't Be Renewing: While there are several items we love at Costco, we will not be renewing our membership next year. At times, the vibe is downright communistic. Certainly anti freedom. For starters, you had better not show up without your card...and it better be YOUR card and not your spouses!!! They will kick you out faster than Joe Biden can say the word "garbage". They will also rescan it and verify the info again when you check out! And HEAVEN FORBID all you have is a Mastercard....because you won't even be able to buy a handshake with it at COMMY-CO!!! Wilson bank check cards need not apply!!! You might as well turn around in the parking lot and head to Sam's instead!! Ashley Dillard Rucker and I have several Mastercard type cards....and only 1 Visa. So at check out she was frantic because i was getting a hot dog and she couldn't find the Visa. I had to be summoned over to pay with mine. HOGWASH!!!!!! Commy-co is NOT worth the hype or the 1.50 hot dog combo to put up with this kind of Red China policy!!! Go to BJs or Sam's instead. BOTH of those places you WILL NOT EVEN BE ASKED for your card until you pay!!!!! And all major cards accepted!!! Commy Costco has us for the year, but after that no more!!! And I will express my opinion about them everywhere I go! #Costco #badbusiness

I tried getting I’m with my moms account and they didn’t let me in. Dumbest thing I have ever heard. But whatever I’ll just keep showing at Sam’s club.

Costco continues to value profit over its customers. They raised their annual fee just to be able to enter the store. What upsets me is that they charge different prices for the same item in stores that are 10 minutes apart. So now I have to compare prices from one Costco to the other. Ridiculous Lines are unorganized and long on weekends. I love being able to check out on my phone at Sam's club and will be shopping there more and possibly canceling my Costco membership

I have not been a fa of Costo ever; however, I try because my husband likes them. This weekend we were in the line for self checkout, said to go to the left there were empty lines with no waiting. We went to the left to find all the line full with two or three people each (there were others found in the same situation). We went back to inform the staff this was not so. We were then told to go to the back of the self checkout line. Yet another wait. I get overwhelmed with how crowded this place always. My husband was even frustrated this time. Still not a fan. Informed the manager who said this is not the first time this has been done and they will speak to them. Didn’t you the first time?

Changing the muffins to smaller and a horrible recipe was the worse business decision. We used to buy them for 125 staff often, not anymore. What were you thinking!

Purchased a TV online and while visiting the warehouse noticed it was $300 cheaper. When I called the online customer service they mentioned there is nothing they can do as online is separate from the store. If purchasing online there should be mention to please visit the store to get a cheaper price as our online prices are much higher and customer service is will refuse to help. Just terrible

Just read on the news that Costco is removing Salmon from their cases due to listeria. My personal experience with Costco is that zi purchased salmon and no sooner did I get it home I noticed maggots under the wrapping of my salmon. Another time I purchased Costco’s muffins only to get home, make ready to eat a muffin and to my surprise there was mold thriving on the muffins in the box of muffins.

This couch was on the floor in my local store. It was regularly priced at $999. Same couch is now, 2 months later, listed in the Holiday Savings booklet for $999, after $300 reduction.This is so deceptive. It is an old department store trick. They raise the price before a sale and then put it on sale for the regular price. I expected better of Costco.

Costco is becoming worse than Sam’s Club. I was just in the store and they have 4 people blocking the entrance to make sure people know how to scan a card. We have been doing this forever at other stores. Get a grip. The employees are super rude anymore and you can get any of the to do more than point and say it’s over there. We pay for these memberships and should at least be treated with respect. There are so many stores that we don’t get treated well, that it is disappointing that now Costco has joined the ranks of the Walmart customer service and I have been a loyal customer for many years

I've been a loyal Costco member for years, but my recent experience at the [100 veterans way,warminster] store was extremely disappointing. I purchased a washer and dryer, but the washer turned out to be defective. When I tried to exchange both units, the manager, [Manager Gen], made an unprofessional comment, asking "Where you came from?" implying that my concerns were less valid because of my background. Not only was this comment unacceptable, but the manager also failed to provide a satisfactory solution to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help. Issues: •⁠ ⁠Defective product •⁠ ⁠Unprofessional manager •⁠ ⁠Lack of empathy •⁠ ⁠Unsatisfactory solution

Ok guys the Citi Costco rewards card keep in mind that as your balance grows the guys at Citi can cut off your account immediately so that as your rewards balance grows they can swallow your rewards and you will not get them. This is their strategy so as your reward balance grows any little thing and they will close your account and disconnect the app and you can’t get the rewards you built up as they take them from you. So I’ve had Citi lose 6 payments this year by check in the mail totaling 1851.00 and now they have cut off my citi Costco card and swallowed the rewards balance of 360.00. Be warned of their strategy to get the rewards dollars back.

Costco is a disgrace of a company. They have come to my house three times to attempt to fix a 4-month-old, $3,000 LG OLE TV, but with no success. They keep coming back to replace parts, but when is enough, enough? I strongly advise against buying electronics from Costco.

I purchased a TV and it is not working properly, I would like to return it and upgrade to something better. I am less than 2 weeks over the 90 day return policy and they are forcing me to get this serviced instead of exchanged. I expected better, will think twice of purchasing from Costco again.
