The employees at the Frederick, Maryland Costco are always friendly and efficient. I was worried about long lines but there was an employee directing customers and we were out in no time.

My niece bought me a washer and dryer it was delivered on January 24,2022 hooked up by the same guys who delivered it, I called to complain cause they didn't hook up the wash machine right the hot and cold is switched giving me a gas bill over $400 the dryer even when not on smelled like gas. I called customer service she gave ma a service date of April 1st boy was I fooled by this company the guy came out and didn't look at the washing machine to my 24 year old nephew to call a PLUMBER for the dryer what the hell is a plumber going to do, gave my nephew the prior line that was on the dryer and a new line and left, he LEFT me without a DRYER.When I called customer service on Sat. April 2 spend 30 minutes on hold for them to hang up on me. I am so fed up that I'm not renewing my membership and I'm returning the washer and dryer.

You should have no stars as well when it's so bad they don't get one star. That is what they deserve for selling year-old stale beer even when they know it's outdated. No concern for the customer, just their pocketbook. Costco makes me sick, really, when they sell old outdated beer. This would never happen in Germany, only at Costco in America. Tons of Bad Beer at COSTCO, 5 Brands and from 2021! I went to the store in Idaho Falls/Ammon, ID to buy some beer for a party I was having and planned to purchase 3 or 4 cases of 24 bottles or cans. I started to pick out some different brands and then realized they were all long ago outdated or past their best buy date by a year or more. I was blown away by how outdated the beers were and told some guy to have the manager come over, which he did. The manager didn't seem concerned as he thought it was perfectly OK to sell beer that was past it's BB date. The health dept. should be called and stop the selling of beer that's over a year old. The manager thinks it's really OK to sell 1 year old beer from 2021. The community should protest something so abhorrent, and it would never happen in Germany or Austria and the manager should be fired for such conduct. People could get sick and the manager could care less, more interested in profits than peoples health. It's sad that large companies like Costco really don't care about their customers, just the profits they can stuff in their greasy pockets and rip off their customers. Stand up America and chastize Costco and their managers I wish I had a camera with me to document what was there as I'm a photojournalist, but who would think you'd have an experience like this at a COSTCO? No trust left for Corporate America.

We were waiting to pick up a prescription one customer came after us and he was served before us after another customer tried to be served before us. I told Mana the cashier we were here before them. He said the lane is there. I told him I do not see a lane. He blamed us for not waiting in the lane . It was a piece of tape on the floor. There was no sign saying `` Wait Here or something like that.The pharmacist and another lady came from the back and started to shake their heads at us. It's like it was our fault. it was not good experience bad customer service.they are worthless careless people they have no goals in this life costco # 3571 w 10400s south jordan UT employee name #Mana 175

I bought a LG washing machine and received the wrong one. I complained about it for almost two yrs. To this date no one ever called me back and tried to figure it out. Every time I call somewhere I get thrown around to somewhere else. I bought this washing machine with my City card from Costco.

I should have read the reviews regarding Costco online and logistics before I placed an order. Costco provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Today I canceled my order and my membership. I ordered a treadmill from Costco online. Costco delivery (I think it is outsourced) was incompetent and rude. Because they weren't able to just deliver the pieces of the treadmill in my garage (the service was for delivery and assembly), each time a delivery was scheduled, the crew came to my house, refused to make the delivery and drove away. Each time I spoke with Costco it was something else - next time we will send a four man crew, next time we will send an experienced crew, etc. After four deliver attempts, and countless hours on the phone, I gave up and canceled the order. I would never recommend purchasing anything online from Costco.

They where supposed to do a delivery for Sears, they came up the door and did measurements they say it doesn't fit and they wont take off the door, in the meantime they will go back to the truck and check the measurements of the new fridge, in the meantime i took of the door and was waiting for them to come back, and... I'm still waiting,,,,, they just fled the scene and left me without the fridge which I'm waiting already 2 months and without a door on the house.

Costco Manager Daryl Some of the employees at this Costco are prejudice, racist, unprofessional, and extremely rude. A Costco employee named Paul (at self checkout) discriminates against minorities he feels are only able to shop with Costco through Instacart services. He and fellow employees hover over me every time I’m at at self checkout to see what method of payment i’m selecting from my wallet invading my personal space. I was told i’m just an Instacart employee not an independent contractor. I was approached in an aggressive manner and cursed at. An when asked to speak with an manager, Daryl never reprimanded the employee Paul for his actions and disrespect towards me. He stood their letting the conflict go further and only intervene when I asked Daryl “what if” I decided to defend myself by your threatening employee? Daryl then decided to ban me from the store. This was the most unprofessional prejudice Costco location I ever visited and I’m also a Costco store member, being treated with disrespect because I did a Instacart delivery. Young black men and women be aware of how they treat you in the store versus other race of people in the store. This treatment is mostly done by the men in the store who clearly hate their job from what I see. Anyone who has experienced such negative treatment by hateful and prejudice employees, start exposing them by photo and name . This is a new time not the old times. Hate and discrimination does not have to be tolerated in 2022. EXPOSE IT. (Costco at 99 center blvd S, Newark, Delaware 19702)

We bought a set of Chloe 3 -piece occasional tables for our living room . 1 table was delivered with a defect on the top. We went to Costco to return the defect table and they said «  you need to bring back the full set of 3 tables. I said it is too heavy. I jut need the top of the defect table. . They said no . What a vey poor service .

I will not shop here based on my experience working there. It turned to hell. The only time I liked it was in the morning stocking. I was working there while going to a trade school. The hired me kinda full time. Kinda part time after the holiday. I was for it. Until they said I had to work up to the stocker position. First. I had to go through the pure hell that of which was gathering carts all day. The kids that were supervisors. Had terrible time management. They watched you like hawks. Every single second. It was stupid. They" forget" to tell you when break time was. And you couldn't have your cell phone no matter what. And no. A watch wasn't a good idea. Unless you don't mind smacking it and breaking it. They didn't care about it safety. Remember covid. We were in the fire. The customers are pure evil. They look, talk and treat you like garbage, they stand in the way every time you are trying to rush and push the carts in the rows. Literally everyday I was out there, I almost got hit by a car. THE MANAGERS are useless. They are like deers in the head lights and can't do the math in they're heads when you're pushing 8- 10 carts towards them in the ONLY spot they go. I can't explain exactly how bad it really is. I decided that whenever a different position opens that I'll transfer. That was a different kind of hell. The rotisserie. No one stays there cause the guy in the day shift has been there for years and knows how to play the system. He screws you every day. Never making enough chickens. Always leaving early. You have several ovens you need to load. No one's there helping you. So you're ON YOUR OWN all shift. The customers again. Are a holes. They walk in the double doors and demand. They give you dirty looks. Grab the chicken from you. They try rush you even though you tell them the temp had to be in the safe zone. You clean everything, cook everything, stock, close, sanitize, count, blah blah blah all by yourself. No one cares to help. Oh and your room is all the way in the other side of the store. So when you finally get a break. It's cut short cause of the distance you have to travel. And get pulled aside by customers. To work up to stocker is have to be there between 2-5 years ..... No way. I love myself to much. Closing... Ah yes closing is just the nightmare continuing. It got to the point where I was calling in and using every bit of PTO and such days I had just to not have to be there. Add soon as I got my new job offer. I was outta there.

Costco in Orange Park FL damaged my rims while installing tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I went inside to ask about the damage I was immediately yelled at by a technician saying they didn't do it and that I was absurd to think they caused any damage. Their insurance was even worse to deal with. Charity was difficult to get a hold of, never answered messages, and was rude every time we spoke. This is THE worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never do business with them or any of their subsidiaries again and I advise everyone else of the same.

Orded a T.V in black friday sale said 5 days after 8 days and two phone calls i could tell i was wasting my time so i cancelled the order. I was told i would get a refund in 24/48 hours and still waiting 2 weeks later. You will wait on hold for 30 minutes to get to speak with anyone and when you do they just fob you off saying they will contact the department will not transfer you to anyone else. I have contacted the fsa and they have 30 days by law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Costco has its place but the people that work there don't. They have got a collection of the worst people I have ever dealt with in retail sales. They get a position and a set of rules and a common sense falls right out their butt.

This should be zero out of five. I ordered a washer from Costco and Logistic supposed to deliver, install new washer and haul away the old one. The delivery man claimed the water valves broken and he could not turn off the water. He used that excuse to refuse disconnecting the old washer and install the new one. Even I shut down the water the whole house, he still yelled and banged his tools into my water valves and box. His team left my house and shortly after that I received and email for Costco Logistics said the "delivery completed". I paid $180 for a handy man to disconnect my old washer, install new washer, and haul the old one away. The handy man found no issue with the two water valves. I never had any issue like this with any other vendors. I will never order any washer from Costco again after this horrible experience.

Look what finally came in the mail from Costco via UPS… The Hisense dehumidifier for my Basement . I ordered it a month ago …. We desperately need it to keep the mucky odor at bay , during the long winters here in NE Ohio … Feels like Christmas 🎄 No Thanks to Costco online Customer Service 🥵 with Billions in sales all over the globe 🌍 Namaste 🙏🏻 Ps:- I am a loyal customer @ Avon Commons Costco in Avon. Ohio 🇺🇸 Since you opened there in 2014 .Kbiw most employees @ managers on a first name basis … You can see me there atleast twice a week . Never had a bad experience, except this one time. Namaste 🙏🏻

Horrible self checkout , Costco wants their customers to make lines and wait at the store ,,, for instant if you are taking 15 items you have first put them in the cart next you have to put every thing in the self check out counter check out then again put every thing in the cart , you have to come to car again and put them in the car …. How many times a customer has to pick up the items …. And horrible entry system if you have 5 people in the home not only the person on the card will come if they have some other work the others who are in the card will come and pick up the groceries …. If every time the person in the card has to come to check in and check out that’s really sucks !!! What happens when you allow any one with card … will they buy all your products and open a new Costco or what ??? Foolish decisions doesn’t bring business it’s time for undercover boss …. You will get to know how frustrated your customers are … frustrated customers may not show up third time how great the products are or how great the price is …. Products are available in the market for sure

Horrible costumer service! Placed an order online and the scheduled delivery date nobody showed up. Called Costco costumer service and after wasting 2hrs on the phone, they said they do not have inventory!!! I had order number, scheduled delivery data and confirmation email and they charged my credit card too!! At the end, they just decided to cancel my order after wasting 10 days. Looks like fraud what they are doing.
