I am so disappointed in Costco making the decision to remove Palmetto Pimento cheese because a man makes comments against a Marxist organization who finances looting, murdering, burning businesses and comments about a white couple murdered in their driveway by a black man. I know you don’t need any of my money my but it’s a good thing because I won’t shop there ever again. I’m not a racist and I want to see our country unified with answers. BLM movement isn’t the answer. Our police are getting beaten and killed and not even allowed to protect themselves. You think BLM wouldn’t loot and pillage your stores if given the opportunity? Color doesn’t matter to them, saving black lives doesn’t matter to them. It’s power and money while destroying this country with racial division. You have made a decision based on someone speaking their heart. He speaks the truth and you yank his product off your shelves for punishment. Sick of seeing business after business show support for this domestic terrorist group. I’m out Costco.

😡😡😡Just lost all my respect for Costco Customer Service. Purchased a dishwasher and the price included delivery and installation. Received a conformation email showing the delivery would be in the morning and installation would be in the afternoon. The item delivered on time but never heard from the installer. Called Costco and turned out they dropped the ball on scheduling the installer. With the old diswasher already ripped out and the new one sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor we had to install ourselves. Company was coming for Thanksgiving and we needed the kitchen. Called Costco Customer Service, explaning the problem and requested reimbursement for the installation cost. THEY DECLINED. Customer service explained that they could have rescheduled a installer for after Thanksgiving so their not refunding install cost. What a heartless attitude. We pay for installation and Costco pockets the money because the don't have to pay the installer. Never again will we depend on Costco for these type of services. Can't believe they would RIp-Off a long time customer like they did!

So... Due to Covid, Costco is no longer putting air in people's car tires. Because suddenly, three months after Covid hit, they care. Yes. They care. In fact, they all of a sudden - magically even - care SO MUCH about everyone's safety and health that they want to reduce the contact between people and customers to eliminate any possibility for a Covid outbreak. So they've set up a station whereby people who pay $155 a year for a Costco membership and who buy Costco tires for the specific reason of having Costco maintain them, can fill their own tires. Apparently tires are now a Covid threat. Because usually before I go to Costco I spend some up close and personal time getting intimate with my tires. I talk to them, breath on them, maybe accidentally pant or sneeze on them, or cough - maybe - on them, touch them - tires need love too. I don't know; it's possible - I mean it could happen that I might accidentally lick them if I get too close, just because. You know how things can go with tires. So, I can see how the kindly people at Costco would be concerned that their employees might get Covid from my tires. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with Costco's latest excuse to back out of providing good customer service under the guise of pretending to care about their employee's and customer's health. Dear Costco, if you truly cared about your customer's health, you would have had a jumbo size container of Clorox wipes by the pin pad at every checkout counter at every Costco across the country from day one, because if Covid really is the threat that you are pretending it is, your credit card pin pads would have killed hundreds of thousands - if not millions - of people by now. And FYI, spotlighting one of your customer's complaints about forcing your customers to wear a mask THREE MONTHS INTO the so-called pandemic, is a despicable way to utilize fear, hate, and mob idiocy to shame a person who is voicing a fair concern about your tardy and pathetic store policy, and the worthlessness of masks as documented by OSHA on their website. If I could give zero stars for customer service and using Covid to go as cheap and low as a store can go, I would.

For decades I’ve been a true Costco member. But as of late with what’s going on in China and the world Costco realizing that most everything It sells is made in China, I decided to distance myself from this retailer. With the real possibility of Costco turning a blind eye to slave labor and child labor Costco is profiting from this horrible act and I just can not be a part of Costco and its allowed practices.

I love Costco and enjoy my 2 trips a week for the last 25 years. My issue with Costco is all the Chinese products you carry. If I had to guess its 70% and that’s only because of meat and alcohol. Only because nobody would buy either product because we cant trust them enough to put in our body. I’ve always bought American and I find I can only buy 3 things from you. Meat, alcohol and Milk. Even when you claim it’s actually American! It’s most of the time wrong and packaging and print of box is American. Don’t put USA on packages if not made here. It makes you as liar!!! And not to be trusted especially when the majority store is made in China. Hopefully you start buying American products and stop supporting China. Thanks

This Costco has the worst service ever. At the membership area at around 2:30 PM, a worker named Giovanna just ignores customers is being extremely rude and prejudice towards them for no reason. What kind of service is this? Rude service. Do NOT do membership with rude workers. Sam's Club is better than them.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS from COSTCO.COM and expect them in time for your event. We ordered a month in advance and now our flowers are going to arrive the day AFTER our wedding. NOT ORDER FLOWERS from COSTCO.COM and expect them in time!!! NO PHONE CALLS, NO FEEDBACK, 80-90 minutes wait times just to get the call disconnected and have to start over again. Terrible service and will not take responsibility for the shipping company UPS not delivering on time. If Costco.com KNOWS they have a problem with the shipping due to extenuating circumstances, then a phone call recommending that one advances the order to the prior available day would have solved the problem. I will get a refund but that still does not solve the problem of not having all of my flowers 2 days before the wedding in a small western Montana town. From a Very unhappy long-time Costco Member.

I ordered a playset from Costco on May 7th. The playset arrived on May 12th in the evening so we waited until the next day to open it so we could put it together. On May 13th, upon opening it, I realized it had been damaged in transit and called to request placement parts. It is now June 21st and we still do not have replacement parts for the 11 pieces that were damaged. I have called every other day to get information on when my parts would be shipped. Nothing. I have received 3 emails total: May 15th, May 31st, and June 1st. I've spoken to ONE supervisor. Each customer service representative told me they would contact someone but no one EVER contacted me back. I was always pushed to the back burner and I'm tired of it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!! If anything is wrong it will take weeks or MONTHS for them to rectify the situation... if they fix it AT ALL. This was meant to be a birthday present for my kids since we couldn't have a birthday party this year due to the pandemic. My kids are extremely disappointed, which makes me more mad. Don't do business with Costco Online orders... unless you like to be ignored and not have the product you paid (over $1500) for.

I wanted to try costco because i heard alot of good things about it. We go to sign up for a membership, i think its rediculous that u can only use a visa card to shop there. I know y’all have alot of customers but you lost a potential and everyone i talk to about this. I will stay with sams club since they dont care how you pay for your goods.

Costco makes customers wear masks in 102-106 degree weather in Southern Utah. We are coming out of the pandemic with many public services opening up, no masks required. I will not shop there anymore, because I like to breathe. I also like to support businesses that care about civil liberties.

Kudos to Costco for everything they do. Their products are terrific. Customer Service is great. And happy to see and hear that they require AND enforce customers to wear masks. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. Clearly there are some ignorant and hateful people whining about this policy but the store has every right to refuse them. Just as that person has every right to go shop elsewhere. Good riddance.

I will no longer shop at Costco because of the mask mandate. The smaller grocery stores will get my business now and maybe forever.

I purchased grocery from Costco.com using InstaCart. I purchased for $172 and the receipt showed $130 from Costco. Another purchase made for $138 and receipt showed $106. Both these deliveries I got after 5 Days. Only then I realized that I was paying almost 30% delivery charges to InstaCart. On top of that I will not get the 2% cash back from Costco. So I am paying around 32% delivery charges to InstaCart. This is outrageous fee when compared to using InstaCart from Kroger. Since I am not getting the 2% Cash back, I am not going to renew my Costco Membership for $120. I am not rich enough to pay 32% delivery changes and $120 annual membership Card. Kroger is much more cheaper.

We as a couple had a bad experience as a couple at the Nampa, Idaho Costco. When went to check out they make my spouse and I keep 6 feet or more apart from each other as seniors. We could not hear each other we had separate orders. My spouse and I are disabled but we share the same bed. Also they had 4 register numbers they had picked but forced us to go to one register of their closing.

Costco Taiwan is getting cocky as they seize growing marketing share. more and more products they choose to sell in the store are not worth of its value.

If you are considering purchasing a major appliance at Costco you may wish to hear about my experience. I purchased a high end LG dishwasher and was pleased to have the promise of a seamless process and concierge service. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short and worthy of a ZERO Star rating. Approximately, 5 months ago I made my major purchase and four months later my dishwasher has an error code leaving it non functioning. Called concierge service and scheduled my consultation for repair. The repairman did show up as promised and promptly shared this is a bad error code and not likely to be a repaired. He needed to do a further review and promptly states "during installation your screws were stripped. In order for me to move forward I will need to remove these screws and will likely damage your surrounding hardwood, which will be hard to replace and match based on color, etc... Please sign this damage waiver so I can continue". I stopped at this point and said I would follow up with Costco as they did the installation. Well this is where things fall apart. I was passed around for several days and several hours to be told the installation warranty had passed after 30 days and they would not be responsible for the work and I would be responsible for all damages that occur. In fact, Ian Costco customer service representative, stated it was my responsibility to stand over the installation contractor to ensure he did his work properly or hire a 3rd party to verify he had installed properly. Really - stand over the installer? Perhaps they forgot to put this in the fine print? How ridiculous - I paid for proper installation. A simple contractual agreement - I pay the cash and they perform the work according to standard. Anyway as it sits today I have an LG $1000+ drying rack in my kitchen and a very unfavorable view of Costco warranty and a new definition of concierge. Think Twice - Costco does not guarantee their work!

Last time I was in there I was so excited they had there Kitkland 12 pack of papaper towels I bought them years, I found them compared to Bounty very absorbant In the past. These paper towels its literally like a piece of paper no absorbency you have to use half the roll to clean a spill up and you are charged the regular price talk about a rip off. People do not buy there Kirkland 12 pack of paper towels do yourself a favor but Bounty there 8 large rolls will do a better job then this 12 pack. I'm sure I'm not the only one to realize this..
