We ordered a new refrigerator from Costco. They set their delivery window between 2pm to 4pm. It was half past 4pm, and there was a no call, no show. We contacted customer service, and they did apologize, but then made us feel like WE were the inconvenience. My pregnant wife spent all day at home with 2 children, cleaning out the old fridge in preparation for the Costco delivery window. I left work early to be home in time for the delivery. Needless to type, we canceled our order, and will not be renewing our membership. We have been long-term customers with Costco. We hold the top membership, and do a lot of business with them. We will spend our hard earned money with someone else who cares.
