I've been at Costco member for at least 20 years
I've had no issues with their policies. Anytime I've had to make a return it's been easy. Staff is polite and helpful. Products are offered at a good value. They clearly post and their advertisements that buying online it may be less expensive in the store . I appreciate that transparency. So if you have a problem paying the little bit extra you just need to go into the store and purchase it there.
