I always have thought that Costco has the best customer service and support until My LG TV broke down,
I called them and every time it took me between 30 minutes to an hour to connect to them. They had to contact another department and again I was on waiting for another 30 minutes.
I called them about SEVEN times and waited for more than three weeks. The final result was none. My TV guaranty was useless and I had wasted my money to buy an additional three-year guaranty.
