My order of frozen foods arrived completely thawed out, soggy and ruined, the dry ice had completely melted, the inside of the box was hot. We threw the entire order in the trash.
If they're going to ship frozen foods to Arizona, in July, they'd better make sure to pack it correctly and, not pack in on Saturday, to arrive on Tuesday!
